Hail Caesar! This pumpkin-orange tomcat is an emperor of affection waiting to go home with you.
Currently at Manchester Animal Shelter in New Hampshire, Caesar is a purr-fect Halloween kitty with his gorgeous stripes and white mittens. He’s five-years-old and loves receiving affectionate petting from his people. Unlike most cats, he adores having his belly rubbed — and will flop on his back with his paws out to “ask.”
He is also a special-needs cat, who takes daily medication for his anxiety, as well as for smooth bowel function. According to shelter volunteers, “he takes both meds like a champ!” Caesar would do best in a home without other animals, with a purr-son or family who are cat-savvy, and attuned to his body language. When he waves his super-stripey floofy tail, you know he’s feeling like the king he is!
