Everyone was “in Cinco” on May 5 for the annual Cinco de Mayo celebration, Dining for a Cause, hosted by Team Forever Young and Evviva Trattoria of Westford and held at the fantastic restaurant.
Plenty of margaritas and tacos were served, all to support TFY, whose captain and chairwoman, Nancy Cook of Westford, always gives it her all along with her great team and the folks at Evviva.
A ton of gorgeous gift baskets were on display, assembled by TFY’s Tammy Fannon and the team who have work endlessly on so many wonderful events for suicide awareness.
Team Forever Young is a Westford-based group affiliated with the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention.
This single event raised $12,176. Stay tuned for more to come this June 26, when TFY will be walking 10 miles through Westford, starting at Nancy Cook’s house at 25 North Main St.
