PEPPERELL — Mark Mathews received 375 votes to succeed the late William Greathead on the Select Board, according to unofficial results in Monday’s town election.

Mathews is currently chair of the town’s Economic Advisory Development Committee and retired as the president of Astron Inc. in 2020. He ran unopposed.

Craig Hansen and David Carney were unopposed in their re-election effort to the North Middlesex Regional School District School Committee and received 344 and 332 votes respectively.

Maureen Bolger won re-election to the Board of Assessors, receiving 374 votes. Carol Chase received 350 votes to be re-elected to the Lawrence Library Trustees and Diane Murphy received 342 votes to join her.

Charles Walkovich received 355 votes in his re-election bid to the Planning Board. Joyce Morrow will also join the Planning Board with 338 votes.

Newcomers Renee D’Argento received 344 votes and will join the Board of Health for three years, while Stephen Themelis received 364 votes and will join for one year.

Four write-in candidates also won positions. Irene Santackas-Leddy received 36 write-in votes for the Housing Authority. George Clark received 29 votes for the Board of Public Works. Alan Leao and Lynne Archambault received 59 and 52 votes respectively to join the Recreation Commission.
