LOWELL — The investigation into the disappearance of Lowell resident Kim Kelly-Oberhauser remains “open and active,” according to Lowell police Capt. Mark LeBlanc.
“We have no indications of foul play at this time,” LeBlanc said on Thursday night.
Kelly-Oberhauser was last seen operating her black 2016 Range Rover SUV in Lowell around 10:45 p.m. on Jan. 18.
On Jan. 22, the SUV was found submerged in the Merrimack River by a State Police helicopter near Regatta Field in Lowell.
Firefighters and divers checked inside the vehicle — which was found empty — before pulling it from the river.
“There is no new information on the case to be provided at this time,” LeBlanc said on Thursday. “Mrs. Kelly-Oberhauser remains missing.”
Kelly-Oberhauser is described as 5-foot-7, 125 pounds, with blond hair and blue eyes.
Anyone with information on her whereabouts should call Lowell Police at 978-937-3200.
