AYER —The story of the Nashua River and local business and industry have been intertwined for centuries. The Nashua River Watershed Association invites the public to explore one such point of connection during our free tour of the Ayer Ice House Dam on Thursday, July 18, from 6-7:30 p.m.
Join Liisa Marino, owner of the Ice House Partners Inc./Grady Research & Alan S. Manoian, Ayer director of community and economic development, to experience a most fascinating historic walking tour titled, “Ice, Innovation & Impoundment – The Ayer Ice House Dam upon Nashua River.
This walk is free and open to the public made possible with the support of our Ayer Event Sponsor, Routhier Companies. Registration is required; space is limited.
Tour attendees will meet at the Ice House Partners/Grady Research building parking lot located at 323 West Main St. in Ayer.
