Registration is almost closed for the Townsend Ashby Youth Baseball and Softball spring season. If a child wishes to play this spring, they must be registered by March 1.
TAYBS must turn in team counts and order uniforms by the first week of March, so this is the last opportunity to sign up.

The final month of TAYBS winter clinics is open for registration. This is your last chance to hit the gym before spring practices start in April.
TAYBS adjusted its baseball clinics for March, and they are now listed as Introductory, Intermediate and Advanced, still with some age restrictions, but a little more opened up so that you can have a little more flexibility with regards to what level your child is playing at currently.
BASEBALL INTRODUCTORY CLINIC: Ages 3-6, Ashby Elementary Gymnasium, Mondays in March, 6 p.m. to 7:15 p.m.
BASEBALL INTERMEDIATE CLINIC: Ages 6-9, Hawthorne Brook Gymnasium, Wednesdays in March, 6 p.m. to 7:15 p.m.
BASEBALL ADVANCED CLINIC: Ages 9-14, Ashby Elementary Gymnasium, Mondays in March, 7:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. and/or Hawthorne Brook Gymnasium, Wednesdays in March, 7:30 p.m. to 9 p.m.
SOFTBALL CLINIC: Girls, Ages 6-16, Ashby Elementary Gymnasium, Tuesdays in March, 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m.

On March 16 and March 17, Dick’s Sporting Goods in Leominster will be hosting TAYBS for its annual 20 percent off weekend. TAYBS representatives will be available in the store from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday to help you pick out the proper equipment. TAYBS does provide all players a jersey, hat and socks, you need to provide the black pants as well as any equipment they need.
