GROTON — Join naturalist, educator, artist, and renowned author Clare Walker Leslie for a hands-on opportunity to set up your own Seasonal Nature Journal, with both writing and simple drawing techniques.
The Nashua River Watershed Association is offering adults, and children ages 12 and up, the opportunity to attend a free Nature Journaling Workshop with Clare on Sunday, Oct. 29, from 1 to 3:30 p.m., at the Williams Barn Conservation Land, 160 Chicopee Row in Groton.
The workshop will involve both indoor and outdoor activities. Dress for outdoors, Williams Barn is not a heated space.
This free family workshop is made possible, in part, by a grant from the Groton Trust Funds’ Lecture Fund. Limited to 40 registrants; pre-registration is required.
