The Middlesex Community College Foundation presented student Amy Wilson, of Ayer, an MCC Foundation Merit Award for Part-Time Students for the 2015-2016 academic year in a recent ceremony on the Bedford campus.
Wilson, a single mother of two children, is currently enrolled in MCC’s Diagnostic Medical Sonography Program. As part of her coursework, she has been assigned to Massachusetts General Hospital for clinical ultrasound training. After graduation, she will take the Sonography Board Exams and plans to continue working at Mass General.
MCC Foundation Merit Awards are funded by the Middlesex Community College Foundation, and are presented to students who demonstrate academic excellence and exceptional promise.
