Two Nashoba Tech students earn spots in DECA State Conference

WESTFORD — Two students at Nashoba Valley Technical High School won medals at the recent DECA District 5 Conference, held at the Radisson Inn in Chelmsford.

Kaitlyn Fales, a sophomore from Townsend, earned third place in Retail Merchandising.

Matthew Dixon, a senior from Pepperell, earned fourth place in Sports and Entertainment Marketing.

Both are students in the Banking/Marketing/Retail program at Nashoba Tech.

Both Kaitlyn and Matthew qualified for the DECA State Conference, to be held March 10-12, at the Marriott Copley Hotel in Boston.

DECA is an international association of high-school and college students and teachers of marketing, management and entrepreneurship.
