Carole Greenfield, of Groton, is the newly appointed resource chair of Hadassah Northeast. Greenfield will facilitate the organizational and programmatic operations of the nearly 24,000 members in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New Hampshire, Maine, Vermont and parts of New York State.
Most recently, Greenfield completed a three-year term as the president of Hadassah Northern New England. Before assuming presidency, she held many region and chapter positions, including vice president, and publicity, membership and programming chairs. She is also a certified Hadassah National Trainer.
Greenfield worked in the high technology industry for nearly twenty years in engineering, product management, marketing, corporate strategy, strategic relationships and recruiting. Eleven years ago she co-founded AdventuRides, which offers recreational bicycle rides for those who believe “A bad day outdoors beats a good day indoors.”
“Through Hadassah, I have made life-long friends, visited Israel and joined an international network of intelligent and passionate women” said Hadassah Northeast Resource Chair Carole Greenfield. “Through Hadassah, I have been able to support cutting edge medical research, two phenomenal hospitals in Israel, and women’s health, education and advocacy initiatives in the US. I am thrilled to now be in a position to help volunteers throughout Hadassah Northeast have meaningful experiences and be the best they can be.”
