The Nashoba Valley Chamber of Commerce announced the new board chair and new members to its executive committee and board of directors at its recent annual banquet.

The chamber welcomed Wally Dwyer, president and CEO of North Middlesex Savings Bank, who will assume the duties as chairman of the board of directors from out-going chair, Tom Gibbons, principal of the Law Offices of Thomas A. Gibbons.

Dwyer has been a member of the chamber’s board of directors since coming to North Middlesex Savings Bank in 2010 as COO and executive vice president. A resident of Pepperell, he previously served as senior vice president at both Spencer Bank and Bay State Savings Bank.

The chamber also welcomed Sal Perla, president of Nashoba Valley Medical Center, to the chamber’s executive committee.

“It’s a privilege of have Wally serve as the Nashoba Valley Chamber of Commerce board chair,” said Melissa Fetterhoff, president & CEO of the chamber. “I look forward to collaborating with Wally, Sal and our new board members to strengthen the services we provide to the Nashoba Valley business community.”

The new executives who join the chamber’s board of directors for 2015-2016 are:
