Five weeks of strength and conditioning followed by seven weeks of surpassing growths — discover your inner warrior and become your very own POWERHOUSE!
All levels of fitness are welcome; workouts will be adjusted to ensure your success.

When: Tuesdays at 7:30 p.m. and Saturdays at 5 p.m. starting May 19 for 12 weeks. (Rain dates will be assigned as needed.)
Where: Squannacook Early Education Center parking Lot, 66 Brookline St., Townsend.
Cost: $168 for 24/ 1-hour classes ($7 a class) or $10 drop-in rate available.
Ages: 18 and over.
Minimum: 6 participants.
