AYER — American Legion Post Joseph M. Connors #139 will host the annual Memorial Day parade and memorials on Saturday, May 23, at 10 a.m.

The parade route will form at the DPW area on Brooks Street at 9:30 a.m., turn onto Park Street and then East Main Street.

The parade will stop at Town Hall where memorial services will be held at about 10:30 a.m. The parade will re-form and continue to Pirone Park.

At approximately 11 a.m., the parade will re-form on the playing field under the direction of the parade marshal. After the naval memorial at the pond next to the park, the parade will be dismissed.

The reception will be held at Pirone Park.
