Halloween Party

Thursday, Oct. 30, 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Come in costume or not, but don’t miss our annual Halloween Party. Our Belly Dance class participants will be entertaining and Vesta Mobile Wood-Fired Pizza will be here to provide delicious, hot pizza! There will snacks, cider and lots of fun and friendship. Join us for a GHOULISHLY GOOD TIME!

Senior Breakfast

Monday, Nov. 3 at 8:30 a.m.; cost $2

Our delicious made-from-scratch breakfast is the best deal in town. Western-style scrambled eggs with cheese or plain scrambled eggs, French toast, ham, home fries and juice. No reservations necessary.

Music and Imagery program by Indian Hill Music

Nov. 4 through Dec. 16, Tuesdays, at 1 p.m., FREE

This is a music and wellness series that includes a brief meditation, music listening and art creation, followed by a time of sharing. The class runs 45 minutes and the goal is to relax, connect, and restore ourselves within a group setting. There is no cost for this class. Please call 978-425-1390 to sign up.

Pizza and a Movie

Wednesday, Nov. 5 at 11 a.m.

Cost $2, FREE for veterans

This month we honor our veterans. Our movie will be “Memphis Belle,” the story of the American bomber crew of the Memphis Belle, the first U.S. airmen to complete a full tour of 25 missions during the air battle of Europe in World War II. The film begins the night before the Belle’s last mission, and follows the crew through the hectic flight that they must endure and survive in order to go home. In addition to pizza we will offer subs for lunch and there will be no cost for our veterans.

Senior Info Series

Monday, Nov. 10, at 9 a.m., FREE

New Shirley Police Chief Thomas Goulden will be here to educate us about scams that target the elderly and tell us how to protect ourselves and not fall victim to these harmful predators.

Senior Lunch

Wednesday, Nov. 19, at 11:30 a.m.; cost $3

The senior lunch will feature homemade soup donated by Groton Wellness, sandwiches, salad and dessert. Warm up on a cool autumn day with some hot soup and stay for Bingo, immediately following lunch. No reservations necessary.

NOTE: We will be closed Veterans Day and Thanksgiving.
