Farmers markets Thursdays
Shirley Center Farmers Market is held Thursdays, beginning at 4 p.m., on the Shirley Historic Center Common, 3 Parker Road. The market will be open until dusk weekly through Sept. 25.
This year’s vendors include local farms, honey, syrup, baked goods, cheeses, meats, goat milk products, locally roasted coffee beans, fine local crafters and much more!
As always, we’ll have free live local entertainment on the Center Stage each week to put you in the mood for a lazy summer evening on our scenic and historic common.
New this year will be weekly kids’ activities beginning at approximately 4 p.m. These craft- or food-related activities are free, with the exception of tie-dye day, for which you will need to bring your own white T-shirt or pillowcase. Come to the farmer’s market to pick up a schedule of all of our kids’ activities.
If you would like more information on the Shirley Center Farmer’s Market or would like to receive a vendor packet, please contact SCFM Committee Chair Jodie Rachman at 978-425-2112, or grovehouse@comcast.net.
