AYER — The Family Partnership is joining communities across the state in hosting special events to recognize the importance of early child development.

In continuing with the Brain Building In Progress initiative, we are hosting our second annual Family Fun Fest on Saturday, May 3, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Families with children from ages 2 to 8 are invited to attend. This event is taking place at Page Hilltop Elementary School, 115 Washington St.

Along with many other events, there will be a “Touch-a-Truck” event (weather-permitting) from noon to 1:30 p.m. on that day on the playground of the school. We will have an assortment of vehicles from a race car, fire truck, police car, military vehicles and more.

For information, or to sign up to add your business and/or early childhood entity as a presenter, contact Deanna Christie at dchristie@asrsd.org, or call 978-772-8600 ext. 1428.
