Fall is upon us and our annual Trick-or-Treat for UNICEF drive will take place on Halloween night. The Groton Woman’s Club will distribute UNICEF boxes on Monday, Oct. 28, to students in pre-school as well as grades K through 6 in Groton and Dunstable.
Quite simply, the coins your children collect through this drive provide clean water and sanitation, nutrition, emergency relief, education and immunizations to vulnerable children throughout the world.
Boxes may be dropped off at the Congregational Church in Groton on Halloween night after 5 p.m., where refreshments will be provided by EMTs and Groton Woman’s Club members, or at individual schools the following day.
