Channel 99 community announcements can now be viewed on the APAC website
AYER — Ayer Public Access Corporation (APAC) introduces a user-friendly, web-based TV viewer’s dashboard that allows residents to post and view community announcements, peruse upcoming program schedules and see past APAC TV programs on demand, among many other viewing functions.
For the first time, residents can view the APAC Channel 99 Community Bulletin Board online at www.ayerpac.org.
The new web page is easily accessed on the APAC’s site. It contains several clickable buttons that give residents quick access to a variety of functions that are important to viewers.
APAC broadcasts most town government meetings, school sports events and programs created by Ayer residents. The new viewer dashboard page makes it easy for residents to upload their own pictures and PowerPoint slides to the Channel 99 Comcast Bulletin Board, to view the APAC Channel 99 Community Bulletin board on their home computers and see what programs are in the works or which ones are scheduled to air over the coming days and weeks.
The APAC website was relaunched earlier this year and includes pages on programming highlights, upcoming programming schedules and how to create videos for one’s own organization.
Earlier this month, APAC introduced a video that instructs residents how to create their own videos.
APAC also reminds viewers that the Community Bulletin Board has moved from Comcast Channel 9 to Comcast Channel 99.
