Dick and Gert (Babcock) Boisseau of Canal Winchester, Ohio, celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary on Sept. 5. They were married Sept. 5, 1953, at St. James Catholic Church in West Groton, Mass.
Dick still works as a manufacturers’ representative; Gert is a homemaker, having spent 13 years prior as a McDonald’s hostess. They are the parents of Stephen (Pickerington, Ohio), Jeff (Leominster, Mass.) and the late Rick Boisseau (Tampa, Fla.). They have six grandchildren: Lauren and Matthew in Ohio, Jannelle in Massachusetts and Craig, Kevin and Scott in Florida.
