DEVENS — Fort Devens Museum will hold an open house on Saturday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at 94 Jackson Road as part of Armed Forces Day.

In addition to new displays, the event will feature author and historian Michael Walling of Hudson and retired Cmdr. Sgt. Major Timothy Casey of Pepperell as guest speakers.

Walling will talk at 11 a.m. about his weeks with servicemen and women he met as part of research for an upcoming book on U.S. military operations in Afghanistan. Casey will talk at 12:30 p.m. about his enlistment at 16, his service to prisoners of war during the Korean War and his work as a veteran after his retirement in 1982.

There will be refreshments and raffles.
