The Townsend Fire-EMS Department is now hiring on-call firefighters. If you live in the town of Townsend and you have some free time to give, we would like to talk to you. This is a great way to help your community, so stop in and see us and fill out an application. Application must be in no later than April 26, with interviews to start shortly thereafter. So if you think you’ve got what it takes to be a firefighter, come see what it’s all about.
