TOWNSEND — Davis Bates, New England storyteller and singer, will be at the Townsend Senior Center Meeting Hall, 16 Dudley Road, on Monday, April 22 at 12:45.
Davis has been telling stories for more than 33 years and his traditional style of telling encourages audiences of all ages to take the stories home with them to share with others.
This free program is a sure not-to-miss event and is open to the wider community. It is funded in part by the Massachusetts Cultural Council. Light refreshments will be served after the program. For information call Senior Center program coordinator Linda Salisbury at 978 597-1710.
