On April 30, Pepperell residents have the opportunity to elect a dedicated former member and chairperson to the Board of Health. Virginia Malouin has the very professional skills and background necessary to be effective on this important Board which impacts the lives of all residents from school age children to our elderly citizens:
Registered nurse
Public health and school nurse experience
Psychology degree
Certified food inspector
Contract negotiations
Virginia, on her own initiative, keeps current with health issues by completing professional education courses.
I have known Ginny for several years and have found her to be a hard-working and conscientious person who will work to attain the proper level of health services for all Pepperell citizens. She’ll do an excellent job.
