Donate your books, DVDs and audio books in good condition for the Friends of the Townsend Library Spring Sale on May 10-11. All proceeds go directly to library program funding.
We accept the following in good condition: hardcover and paperback books, fiction and nonfiction for all age groups, music CDs and audio books (cassette and CD), and DVDs. We do not accept soiled, musty, mildewed and tattered books, magazines, encyclopedias or textbooks. Donations can be dropped off at the library during normal operating hours. The Friends appreciate your donations and that you follow the donation guidelines.
We are also accepting plant donations for our Plant Sale on May 10 from 8:30 a.m. to noon at the library. Donations can be dropped of at the library during the week of the sale during normal library hours. We are seeking perennials from local gardens divided up and labeled.
