On behalf of the Ayer-Shirley Regional School Committee and ASRSD Building Committee, I want to invite you to attend an important upcoming event concerning the renovation/construction project currently underway at Ayer-Shirley Regional High School.
As you may know, the community approved the high school project in the fall and the ASRSD Building Committee has been meeting for several months to plan the demolition and construction process. We have worked closely with our project manager from Dore & Whittier, our designers from Symmes Maini & McKee Associates and our construction manager from Consigli to put together a plan that will get the job done quickly and efficiently and have the least impact on our neighbors, our students and our staff. There will soon be many visible changes and indications of the project on campus and we wanted to provide an opportunity for everyone in the community to have a chance to become familiar with the schedule and informed as to what to expect as the project evolves over the next two years. We also want to make sure that you have an opportunity to speak directly to us and to have your questions answered.
So please join us for a public forum at 7 p.m. on Thursday, April 25, at the Ayer-Shirley Regional High School Auditorium, 141 Washington St., Ayer, MA.
