Your donation of gently used bikes is needed for the seventh annual Used Bike Sale, which will benefit community projects on town field. Drop off bikes at 43 Elm St. or 152 Heald St. (tax donation receipts available). Then come on April 27, from 9 a.m. to noon to buy a reasonably priced upgrade. Last year we had nearly 150 bikes to choose from — toddler to adult.
Also, the deadline for registration for the Town Wide Yard Sale is April 20. Cost is $15 to register. Yard sales can be held at your home or on Town Field. For those wanting to shop the yard sales, maps will be on sale for $3 starting at 7 a.m. on the April 27. There were more than 60 registered yard sales last year.

It is important to support local organizations that are working to better the community. Friends of Pepperell Recreation is an independent organization that raised funds and put the new playground on Town Field, bought the materials and installed the Community Ice Rink the past 2 years, and has future goals for more outdoor exercise healthy options for Pepperell community citizens to use and enjoy.
