HARVARD — The Girl Scouts of America, like the Harvard Woman’s Club, has reached its 100th Anniversary.

To celebrate in style, Liz Hawkes, Girl Scout leader, environmentalist, business owner, parent and local Harvard resident, will lead us on a journey of the development of Girl Scouting, of its diversity internationally and of its ability to empower girls everywhere.

Harvard Woman’s Club members and Girl Scouts are invited to share with us their badges and memorabilia.

The 2012 Bromfield Scholarship recipients, our guests today, will share their first semester college experiences.

Luncheon will be served at 11:30 a.m., followed by the program at 12:15 p.m. at Holy Trinity Parish (formerly St. Theresa’s). 15 Still River Road, Harvard. All are welcome.
