The Garden Club of Harvard will once again deliver table centerpieces of flowers and greens to Harvard residents who are housebound or in care facilities. Interim special ed director starts Jan. 5

HARVARD – Harvard Interim School Supt. Joseph Connelly said a six-month contract has been reached with incoming Interim Special Education Director Michael Debrule. Debrule has shadowed retiring Special Education Director Pam DeGregorio over several days this month. Debrule’s official start date is Jan. 5. — Mary Arata

Changes made to Harvard school calendar

HARVARD – Changes have been made to the school calendar for April. To accommodate the need for the use of the Bromfield cafeteria for the Town Election, the Harvard School Committee voted Monday to make Tuesday, April 9, an early release day for both schools. The school committee also converted two previously scheduled early release days back into full school days. Wednesday, April 10, and Tuesday, April 30, will both be full school days. — Mary Arata
