REGION – Here’s an early morning update on the towns serviced by National Grid and Unitil in the wake of Hurricane Sandy.
Ayer saw a tremendous number of homes re-energized overnight Tuesday into Wednesday (dropping from 1,098 without power at midnight to 239 at nearly 6 a.m.).
Other towns, not so much. Harvard remained the same from midnight to 6 a.m., with 501 customers without power.
Here’s a look at the region, as reported by National Grid and Unitl as of about 6 a.m. this morning.
