GROTON — The Nov. 6 election is nearly upon us. If you think you will be unable to get to the polls on Election Day, are disabled or prevented by a religious belief from voting, registered voters can vote by absentee ballot.
Absentee ballots are available through the town clerk’s office. The last day and hour to request an absentee ballot is Monday, Nov. 5, at noon. The clerk’s office will be open on Friday, Nov. 2 until 7 p.m. to accommodate voters. Absentee voters can vote in person at the clerk’s office, or we must mail a ballot. Please allow appropriate time for your absentee voting needs.
All absentee ballots must be received at the town clerk’s office by the close of polls on Nov. 6.
Contact the clerk’s office at 978-448-1100 or firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any questions.
