SAT PREP CLASS — English (First class is Sept. 8): If you are taking the SAT this October or November, come to this series of free prep classes. Fall Into Shape at the Townsend Library! Join us for a fun interactive weight loss challenge! The classes are weekly, for 12 weeks. Participants learn to develop realistic, life-long plan for weight loss and physical activity by learning the latest, information about good nutrition, digestive health, reading food labels, portion control, how and why we hold body fat and much more. The class costs $39 for the entire 12 weeks with $10 donated in the participant’s name to the Fit-Kids Foundation for the prevention of childhood obesity. The remainder of the money is rewarded back to the participants in prizes and cash rewards.
