Townsend Public Library Knitters Group! All Levels Welcome!! We Meet every second Tuesday of the month! Meeting Hall B Hosted by Theresa Sawyer and Ellen Duval ! Homeschool Playtime and Social Group: This group will meet each Wednesday to play games, socialize, do activities, and have fun! Please bring a board game to play with others. Families are welcome to bring children who are not school aged, please bring activities to suit your child’s needs. Caregivers must remain in the room during this program. The Hunger Games Event: Seven Savvy Secrets for Personal Polish Teen Program:

We all have heard that we never get a second chance to make a good first impression. And it is evident that Katniss and Peeta discover this quickly in the Hunger Games. But few of us take the time to consider the components of presenting a polished professional image. Savvy people know how to make their first impressions work to their advantage. This program reviews the essentials for both attitude and attire. The lessons learned through this etiquette program will provide you with confidence to present yourself well. We will cover such topics as: Handshakes & Introductions, The Power of Perception Buying Appropriate Attire, Building a Socially Acceptable Wardrobe, Posture & Presence, Eyes & Expressions, Lasting Impressions. Family Mardi Gras Celebration: Join Melanie Kohli, Louisiana native, for this entertaining and informative event.
