LOWELL — Firefighters responded to a two-alarm fire on Route 40 yesterday afternoon, but officials were not available to release information on the blaze last night.
The fire was reported in the area of 29 Lowell Road (Route 40), and there were no reported injuries. Groton firefighters could not immediately be reached for comment, and dispatchers said they could not release the exact address of the fire.
