LITTLETON — The First Baptist Church will be offering a six-week conversational series on religion and science.

The series will be held at noon on Sundays beginning Jan. 15, (excluding Feb. 5) and all are welcome to attend.

Bring a sandwich and join us for in-depth conversation on religion and science. The series will probe the question: “Can you be a Christian and take science seriously?”

The DVD series Religion and Science Pathways to God is hosted by Francis S. Collins, Director of The Human Genome Project, and the series will be facilitated by the Rev. Deborah J. Blanchard.

The six sessions on religion and science are: 1. Introduction 2. Friends or Foes? The Story of a Complex Relationship 3. Truth in Science and Theology 4. God and Nature 5. Creation and Evolution 6. What Does It Mean to Be Human? The First Baptist Church of Littleton is located at 461 King St., on the common in Littleton.
