EASTON — Groton native Abby Schommer will be one of 49 students from Stonehill College working with faculty members at the college this summer on research projects through the Stonehill Undergraduate Research Experience (SURE) program. Schommer, a sophomore communication major at Stonehill, will be working with Assistant Professor of Business Administration Brian Glibkowski on a project entitled “Personal Selling and Closing Approaches.”

Schommer will conduct a literature review, modeling, assessment, analysis and results, and manuscript development. She will also work closely with Qvidian, including direct interaction with senior executives. The desired outcome is a conference paper and presentation in the area of study.
