PEPPERELL — Come join us this spring and summer for a monthly outdoor marketplace featuring local youth and their businesses and the unique workmanship of artists from the area.

Youth younger than 16 are invited to set up and sell their products and services to the public beginning May 15 and continuing throughout the summer on the second Sunday of each month until Sept. 11. The events will be at the Covered Bridge Country Store, 34 Tucker St., Pepperell, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Many local youth have already responded, including Pepperell Girl Scout Troop 34017, the team of children publishing “Kids Local News” and young artists and handcrafters in the area.

Parental permission is required for children younger than 16 and preregistration is needed. The registration fee is $5 for youths and $10 for adults, with proceeds from the youth registrations being donated to local youth causes. For the registration form, visit the Covered Bridge Country Store page at or call 978-433-3232 for more information.

The Covered Bridge Country Store is a gift shop that promotes the artistic talent in the local community. Artists and handcrafters are welcomed to use this opportunity to sell their wares. We hope the public will stop by to enjoy the outdoors, support the local youth and meet some of the artists from the area.
