Haydn’s Creation: The Nashoba Valley Chorale, a non-audition SATB chorus, is looking for singers. Our spring concert for our 35th season will be Haydn’s Creation in April. Universe Stories: 7:30 p.m. The Littleton Lyceum will present Jennifer Morgan: Universe Stories in Littleton High School’s Performing Arts Center at 56 King St. Winner of Learning Magazine Teachers Choice Award, Morgan will explain the history of the universe. For more information, including online ticket sales, go to littletonlyceum.org. Tickets at the door are $7, $5 for seniors and students.

All You Can Eat Breakfast Fundraiser: Venture Crew 260 of Brookline and Hollis is serving Breakfast — All You Can Eat — from 7:30 to 10:30 a.m. at the Brookline Community Church, Main St, Brookline, NH. We’ll have pancakes, french toast, eggs, sausage, bacon, home fries, juice, coffee and lots more. The price is $7 for adults and $5 for kids under 10, and senior citizens. This is a fundraiser for the Venture Crew 260. Venture Crew is a BSA youth led organization for teens, 14 and over, who enjoy the outdoors and participating in the community.

We are working to earn money for a ski trip. Future breakfast date: Feb. 12.

Evergreen Garden Playschool and Oxbow Schoolhouse Open Houses: 3 to 5 p.m.; plus Feb. 6, 2 to 4 p.m., 270 Barnum Road, Devens; 978-772-9595; www.evergreengardenplayschool.org; 978-772-9500; www.oxbowschoolhouse.org. Join us for a tour, talk to our teachers, and learn more about our two schools and rich curricula. Evergreen Garden offers parent/child classes, preschool, and kindergarten. Evergreen Garden, a developing member of the Waldorf Early Childhood Association, encourages imaginative play, developing a capacity for work, and social engagement. Adult drop-in Grieving & Healing support groups — Now being held at two locations on the second Tuesday of each month, from 12:30 to 2 p.m. at the Hazen Memorial Library in Shirley, and from 6 to 7:30 p.m. at Nashoba Valley Medical Center in Ayer. Worried About Someone’s Drug Abuse?: Do you lie awake worrying about your loved one? Do you feel frustrated trying to control his/her behavior? Are you embarrassed to discuss your situation with family or friends? Families Anonymous (FA) is a group of concerned relatives and friends whose lives have been adversely affected by a loved one’s abuse of drugs or alcohol. The FA support program follows steps and traditions similar to those of Alcoholics Anonymous. Help is available at Families Anonymous on Wednesday evenings at 7 at First Parish Church of Groton. Meetings will be held in the Parish House next door to the church, at the intersection of Route 119 and Route 40. For more information, call 978-448-3402.

Debtors Anonymous: Wednesdays 6:45 to 8:15 p.m. at First Parish Church of Groton, 1 Powderhouse Road, Route 40 and Route 119. Meeting is in the Parish House, beside the church, on the second floor. Grieving & Healing Journey through Grief: Nashoba Nursing Service & Hospice provides a safe and comfortable environment to express the thoughts and feelings you may experience due to the loss of a loved one. Joining a grief support group can be a healthy step in working through your grief at your own pace and assist in your recovery. Journey through Grief groups will meet for six weeks on Thursdays. Daytime sessions will meet from 10 to 11:30 a.m. Evening sessions will meet from 6 to 7:30 p.m. The meetings are Dec. 2, 9, and 16. Registration is free. Space is limited. Contact the coordinator of Bereavement Services, Karen Campbell, at 1-800-698-3307, ext. 320, for registration and location.
