TOWNSEND — Eva Mildred (Jodrey) Upham, 87, of Meadow Road, died Saturday, Dec. 25, 2010 at the Life Care Center of Acton.
Mrs. Upham was born in Townsend, April 10, 1923, a daughter of Amos and Jennie (Brown) Jodrey. She was a lifelong Townsend resident.
She was a charter member of the VFW Ladies Auxiliary.
She is survived by her husband of 58 years, Albert Upham; her son, Paul Upham of Townsend; and her daughter, Gloria Upham of Townsend.
She was the sister of late Agnes Henshaw, Ada Jodrey and Harvey N. Jodrey.
A funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, Dec. 31 at the T.J. Anderson & Son Funeral Home, 250 Main St., (Route 119) Townsend Center. Please see www.andersonfuneral.com for additional information.
