I so deeply appreciate Sheila Harrington’s commitment to public service and helping others, that I unequivocally support her bid for a seat in our Statehouse of representatives.
As president of the Groton Center for the Arts, I had the opportunity to witness her skill and devotion to service on our board of directors. She worked diligently to make “First Night” and other GCA programs successful. Sheila also contributed very generously to our financial support.
As though these efforts were not enough, Sheila removed herself from the board to represent GCA, without compensation, against an effort to undermine GCA interests and effectiveness, which she did very successfully.
Therefore, I hope you will join me in voting for Sheila Harrington as our state representative.
