PEPPERELL — The Board of Selectmen has announced that —
* Selectman Joseph M. Hallisey III will be resigning his position as selectman in November. He has accepted a job out of state and will be unable to fulfill his required duties as a selectman. The board wishes him success with his new position.
* Thomas Wilson, town accountant, has resigned from the position he has held since December 2009.
The board wishes Wilson success with his new career challenge and appreciates the “efforts and professionalism” he brought to the position. Wilson’s anticipated last day is Sept. 24.
