MEMORIAL BIKE RIDE

Harvard firefighter Bill Berthoud and his sons Tom, 11, and Noah, 3, park a Harvard
fire truck at the General Store to remind people of the upcoming “First Ken Harrod Memorial Bike Ride” on
Saturday, Sept. 11, at 9 a.m. Berthoud said people can register for this “fun ride” around town or at the Harvard
Fire Department on the day of the race at 9 a.m. There will be a set eight-mile loop that determined
riders can go around twice for a total of 16 miles, or riders can go at their own pace for the distance of their
choosing.
