Groton is fortunate to have an opportunity to elect Eileen Donoghue as our next state senator, replacing retiring Steve Panagiotakos.
As a former city councilor and mayor of Lowell, also serving as chairman of the School Committee, Eileen brings a great deal of successful practical experience to the office. She distinguished herself as a leader in Lowell, working collaboratively with citizens, businesses and local, state and federal agencies promoting the city’s renaissance.
Eileen has been endorsed by the Massachusetts League of Environmental Voters, as well as the American Federation of Teachers. She understands and demonstrates the relationship among a strong economy, a strong environment and a strong educational system.
As you vote on September 14, please consider Eileen Donoghue for the state Senate.
