Sunday, Aug. 22: Robert Hawkins, 25, of Fitchburg, motor vehicle stop at 3:02 a.m., Ayer Road and Route 2, charged with operating motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, negligent operation so as to endanger, vehicle towed, later released on bail.
