PEPPERELL — The Planning Board approved two special- permit extensions during a relatively light session this week. Local builder Jeff Chabot received a one-year extension at his 11A Wheeler Road property. A one-year extension was also approved for Steven Gilbert at 17, 19, 19B Tucker St., where a multifamily residential development featuring 10 detached condominiums is planned.

The board endorsed an ANR plan for a property on Brookline Street, and also issued a decision approving a common driveway for the elementary school and Realty Trust to be located at Nissitisset Lane and Pierce Street.
