Absentee Ballots for Shirley’s May 11 Annual Town Election will be available approximately three weeks before the election. All requests for absentee ballots need to be in writing, in accordance with state law. Absentee ballots can be requested until noon on Monday, May 10. Absentee voters have the options to vote in person at the Town Clerk’s Office or to be sent their absentee ballot by mail. A family member can submit a request for another family member to receive an absentee ballot by mail.
Voter registration forms and absentee ballot request forms are available at the Town Clerk’s Office, Hazen Memorial Library, and on the Town Clerk’s page of the town website www.shirley-ma.gov.
