Saturday, Aug. 22

Anthony Gendron, 44, of 56 Fredonian Street, neighbor reported he had run through her home and had fought with her husband, officers determined he was intoxicated and placed him in protective custody.

Kevin Corr, 25, of 2 Center Road, arrested at Fredonian Street resident on outstanding warrants.

Kenneth Underwood, 27, of 80 Lawton Road, arrested after motor vehicle accident, charged with operating under the influence of liquor with breathalyzer-tested level over legal limit at 0.8 percent; failure to stop or yield, negligent operation of motor vehicle and marked lanes violation: failure to keep right.

Russell Gutknecht, 40, of 351 Ayer Road, Harvard, stopped on Front Street at 3:12 a.m., charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol and with a breathalyzer-tested level over the legal limit at .08 percent; OUI, alcohol, third offense; unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, and failure to dim headlights.
