The town of Ayer Water Department has encountered complications while attempting to repair the water main break earlier today. Be assured the Water Department will be working through the night to restore the water service as quickly as possible. The following streets are still affected: Third, Fourth, Marshall, Maple, Fletcher, Pine, East, Shelley and Whitcomb.
