Wednesday, March 18: Ronald McGrath, 49, of Shirley, observed driving erratically, stopped on Clark Road, charged with operating under the influence of alcohol (second offense); OUI with alcohol level above legal limit by breathalyzer test; failure to stay in right lane; speeding.
