TOWNSEND — If you have not already registered to vote, April 7 is the last day to register to vote for the Townsend town election. You may register if you are a United States citizen and will be 18 by election day, April 27. The polls will be open at 8 a.m. on April 27 and close at 8 p.m. in Memorial Hall.
For the annual town meeting, to be held at 7 p.m. in Memorial Hall on May 5, the last day to register to vote will be April 14.
You may register to vote whenever we are open. Our hours are Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Tuesdays 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.
