Tuesday, Dec. 2

Friday, Dec. 5

P.M. 3:05, Main Street east, threatening; 6:01, MV lockout; 6:17, Main Street, bank alarm; 7:27, Dudley Road, fire alarm; 8:30, Walnut Street, fire alarm; 10:58, Barker Hl Road, ambulance.

Saturday, Dec. 6

Sunday, Nov. 9: James C. Sullivan, 24, Salem, MA, charged with failure to drive in the right lane, operating under the influence of liquor. Patrick Tully, 22, of Dracut, charged with operating motor vehicle with registration suspended, uninsured MV, trailer, arrested on warrants for suspended registration; speeding; uninsured, unregistered vehicle and number plate violation.

Monday, Nov. 10: Michael George Rudy, 17, of Ashby, charged with defacing property, school disturbance and disorderly conduct. Steven John Collins, 18, of Pepperell, charged with possession of Class D substance with intent to distribute, possession of Class D substance. Adam Michael Dombrowski, 20, of Dunstable, charged with possession of Class D substance.

Tuesday, Nov. 11: Spiridins Trachanas, 34, of Townsend, charged with speeding in violation of special regulation; operating a motor vehicle with license suspended, subsequent offense. Benjamin Whittemore, 23, of Townsend, charged with failure to drive in the right lane, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, operating under the influence of liquor and drinking alcohol from open container in a motor vehicle.

Saturday, Nov. 15: John C. Greco, 53, of Fitchburg, charged with operating motor vehicle with a suspended license.

Thursday, Nov. 20: Luis A. Martinez, 33, of Fitchburg, charged with operating a motor vehicle with suspended license, disorderly.

Friday, Nov. 28: Juvenile, Townsend resident, charged with assault and battery, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon. Jon K. Parkhurst, 41, of Townsend, charged with assault and battery. Devon Von Drews, 41, of Ashburn, VA, 41, charged with assault and battery, assault and battery on a police officer, and disorderly conduct.

Sunday, Nov. 30: Lisa A. Lewand, 45, of Townsend, charged with larceny by check.

Monday, Dec. 1: Emily M. Bankuti, 17, of Townsend, charged with Contributing to the delinquency of a child, possession Class D substance.

Juvenile, Townsend resident, Possession Class D substance.

Thursday, Dec. 4: Erin M. Coates, 42, of Lunenburg, charged with shoplifting by concealing merchandise.
